SUSHMA MALHOTRA
Sushma founded S5 Advisory Inc. in 2012 after a decade of working in brokerage with an exclusive focus on tenant representation. Prior to her work in brokerage, Sushma worked for a Fortune 500 corporation for over 20 years managing their real estate worldwide, including their manufacturing facilities, labs, and operations.
Since she comes from the end user side herself, Sushma has a unique perspective, with a deep understanding of the tenant's point of view, which allows her to lead her clients in making prudent real estate decisions. Her clients range from startups to publicly traded companies with national and global real estate needs. Sushma believes in formulating short and long term strategies that align with her client's business plans and she has become a trusted partner to her clients leading them through the ups and downs of business cycles. Sushma strongly believes real estate can make or break a company as it is a top expense for most. Sushma's negotiating style is to create win-win scenarios. Her extensive and diverse experience in financial analysis, transaction structuring, lease negotiations and management skills enable her to provide sound leadership and guidance to a variety of clients including tech companies in software, hardware, communications, clean-tech, medical device, and life sciences industries. As a Managing Director for S5 Advisory Inc., Yogi is responsible for developing new clients and solving complex real estate challenges locally, nationally, and internationally. Yogi brings experience gained through over 25 years where he has been involved in various executive roles for Fortune 500 companies and positions in local government.
Yogi brings his own expertise in market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, strategic planning, and government advocacy. He advises companies on transaction management, cost reduction strategies, improving productivity in the workplace, aligning real estate initiatives to core business operations, and coordinating with local governments to advocate for his clients.
Yogi is an avid reader, loves to travel and serves on various non-profits in his local community.

MINNIE MALLICK
Minnie, as Executive Vice President at S5 Advisory, focuses exclusively on representing corporate clients in strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, relocations, expansions, renewals and consolidations. With over 10 years of experience, she has helped companies find innovative advantageous real estate solutions not only in the Silicon Valley but across the globe. Minnie conducts multi-market transactions for occupiers of space be it office, Flex, R&D, Land or Industrial. During the tumultuous real estate market caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, Minnie assisted in managing clients' risk by facilitating various forms of discounts in leases. Minnie's work ethic and customer service are exemplary, and her research and analytic skills are precise to match the right solution for the needs of the clients which is appropriate for their culture. Her professionalism and meticulous follow-through are evident in every aspect of her work and reflect the genuine passion and enthusiasm she has for the business. SUNIL PLAHA
Sunil Plaha joins S5 Advisory with 15 years of real estate experience in Architectural practice, real estate development and brokerage both here in the US and in Europe. In his career to date Sunil has been involved in the development, sale, management and leasing of $3bn+ worth of real estate assets.
During his time in England Sunil served on the board of directors for 8 years of an affordable housing provider which had approx. 2500 residential units under management prior to moving to the US. Now living in the bay area he is on the board of Rebuilding Together - Silicon Valley which helps provide low income families with home repairs and maintenance assistance.
Sunil has a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology and a Master's degree in Real Estate and Management.

RALPH GEVIRTZ
Ralph is responsible for facilities operations, relocation management, project management, construction administration, site analysis, space plan design and project team selection. Ralph has over 25 years of facilities operations experience.
He offers excellent administrative skills and can manage inter-departmental communication on your behalf including: developing project management and information processing guidelines, interfacing with IT and all departments, lab department meetings, planning all project meetings, company move meetings and post relocation support. As your liaison, he can communicate all facilities requirements to the general contractor and insure timely compliance, and interface with all service vendors (cabling, food service, janitorial, security, etc.) on fit up schedule and move occupancy sequence.
RUBY MAAN
Ruby is a part of the S5 Advisory Research Analyst team. She is customer focused and a great team player. In her spare time, she likes to cook, read and travel.
